A local real estate agent just broke a record for the highest sale in Port Moody’s Heritage Mountain/Heritage Woods history.

Real estate agent Jaden Narduzzi tells V.I.A. he listed the property at $2,999,900 on Nov. 27, but it sold for a jaw-dropping $800,000 above the asking price after numerous buyers placed offers on the property.

Just 11 days after Narduzzi listed it on the market, the home at 8 Creekstone Place sold for $3,798,000 on Dec. 8. 

“I had over 40 buyers come through the home in that 11-day period,” he says. “I received multiple offers and ended up selling the home $800,000 over our asking price, which has set a new record in Heritage Mountain and Heritage Woods as the highest sale price in history for the area.
